Reservation & Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking and will be charged 72 hours prior to check in. No charges will apply if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to check-in time of your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations or modifications must be made via booking method. We do not offer any refunds for no-shows, early check-outs, or cancellations with less than 72-hour notice. In the event that your reservation is for a Stay and Play Package, there will be no refunds issued, however; an exchange may be possible for the same theatre production based on ticket and room availability with a minimum 48 hour notice. There are no cancellations or refunds offered for any Stay and Paint Packages. A 14 day cancellation policy applies for special events, such as New Year’s Eve.

Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn, any violation of this will incur a $100.00 fee.

Free Wifi is available throughout the property. 

Pet Policy:  We see our pets as family and are a pet-friendly property. However, we ask that you not leave pets unattended, curb barking, and keep pets on a leash close by your side as a courtesy to other guests.  Please use assigned exercise areas and clean up after your pet. Up to two pets are permitted during your stay. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any resulting damage to room. There is a $30.00 non-refundable pet fee per stay. You must call the hotel to add a pet to your reservation. Unregistered pets in the hotel will incur a $50.00 pet fee.

Parking: We provide free on site parking to our registered guests. One space per room is available in our parking lot. If you require additional space, please contact the hotel prior to check in to notify us of your travel plans to see if we are able to better accommodate you.

Amenities: We provide complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, soaps, lotion, and bottled water. Each room offers our luxurious Comphy brand linens and robes, these items are available for purchase. Please do not remove any other items from the room as this will result in a charge to your credit card.

Breakfast: Room Rate includes Grab and Go continental breakfast items and coffee service.

Lost and Found: Inn on Water Street, its owners or employees will not be responsible for guest(s) personal property left behind or lost during a stay. If we are able to locate an item(s) left behind, we are willing to ship it to the registered guest upon request. Shipping charges will be charged to the guest. Items unclaimed will be held for a maximum of 30 calendar days, at which time the manager reserves the right to dispose of or elect to donate items(s) to local charity.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Inn on Water Street and The Inn Kitchen collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”) of www.innonwaterstreet.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Inn on Water Street and The Inn Kitchen.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Inn on Water Street and The Inn Kitchen may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

– To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

– To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

– To improve our Site: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

– To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

– To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
